Each week focuses on a specific area of the body (like the spine, arms, or ankles) and helps you reconnect with how it moves and supports your knees.
Every module includes:
✅ A short video explains the area of the body you are focusing for the week, and highlights key patterns and habits to pay attention to.
✅ Three to four guided audio explorations (15–30 minutes each) that you do lying down. These gentle, floor-based sessions use small, intentional movements to help you build awareness, reduce tension, and rewire the way you move.
✅ A few minutes of reflection or awareness homework to help you notice changes in your everyday life - like how you sit, walk, or climb stairs.
This format gives your nervous system time to learn gradually, without strain, and helps the benefits show up in your daily movement - not just on the mat.

No special equipment is needed. Movement explorations are done lying down. All you need is a carpeted floor space to lie down comfortably and have some handy props to support yourself like a folded up towel or mexican blanket.

In weeks 3 & 4, I teach you how to integrate this into your existing workout routine or activity. This will help you avoid common mistakes that no personal trainer will tell you, making your lifts more efficient, strides more powerful and movement less prone to strain.

You won’t need to stop these treatments. However, you will understand why these treatments didn’t go beyond temporary relief. You’ll feel a substantial change with this approach that you might feel inclined to discontinue other treatments.

Pain that appears sporadically is still a sign of inefficient movement patterns. This program helps you recognise and shift those patterns so your knee stops experiencing cycles of strain. This is for anyone who wants an active life with youthful knees, now and way out into the future.

Meniscus tear happens due to disproportionate and consistent low grade pressure in certain parts of the knee joint that is taken to an extreme due to a single event or series of events. By learning to move well in your whole body and in any activity you’ll repattern your knee joint to remove that disproportionate strain and future degeneration.
